As a Certified Life & Spiritual Coach and experienced marketing and business development professional, I'm committed to supporting other busy women in living deeply satisfying lives that are fun, enriching, creative and full of abundance by pulling the best from where they have been, clarify where they are now, and charting a path to where they want to be.
I bring over 18 years experience working for Fortune 100 companies, small technology start-ups and nonprofit organizations in various levels of leadership, combined with almost 10 years of conscious spiritual study to our partnership.
I received my BBA from Hofstra University in New York and an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management as well as certificates from several other leadership training programs. I have completed both introductory and advanced courses in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at Duke Integrative Medicine. I am a member of the International Coach Federation and a graduate from one of the top coach training schools in the world - the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (IPEC) - as a Certified Life Coach.
I have received ordination as an Interfaith Minister from the One Spirit Interfaith Seminary in NYC after completing a two-year program of study on Essential Spirituality and World Religions, learning and practicing how to more fully understand the deeper essence that underlies the spiritual treasures of every major tradition and “nurture a direct experience of the unity that underlies it”. I have also been recently selected to serve as one of the Assistant Deans at the Seminary.
And most importantly, I have a life rich with authentic, loving relationships, meaningful work and a lot of fun!
My ultimate purpose in life is to draw on my passion, skills and experience to support individuals in living fuller, richer lives based on their own internal sense of who they are and what they want out of life. I am devoted to this purpose and sincerely appreciate every opportunity I have to share in another's journey.
